Our service is to perform a search to find those people who best match the criteria that you have established. This will target all candidates that have the experience, skills and personality to be successful in your position. A systematic approach of research is used to identify and evaluate these candidates that fit your specifications.
Once the candidate’s competency has been determined their information is verified and references are then checked.
We provide consultations throughout the hiring process to keep the search on track and to ensure that we have an offer that will be accepted and a candidate whose start is a smooth transition.
Our service fee for this search is on a contingency basis and payable if and only if you engage the services of a candidate that has been referred to you by us. The fee is calculated as 25% of the position’s estimated total compensation for the first year and is due on the candidates start date. The fee is payable should you or one of your affiliates engage this candidate for any position within one year of our most recent communication relating to this candidate.
