About our Service Fee

Our fee is based on the complexity of the assignment and is 15 to 35 percent below what contingency firms charge. We establish the amount of the fee before the search begins so you know exactly what your cost is regardless of the amount of the final offer.

We can offer you these significant savings without reducing our services because we fill 100% of the assignments we accept. In order for us to commit our total resources on your assignment we request that our firm is the only source you use to fill the position, for a period of 45 days. A deposit of 1/3 of the fee is taken at the time the search begins and is credited to the final fee. This is not an additional expense. If at the end of 45 days you are not completely satisfied with our work then we will refund 100% of the deposit and withdraw from the search.

We give you total commitment toward filling your position and we ask you to give us the same. There are no "add on" expenses and you do not lose the fee if the position goes unfilled. This is not a retained search nor is it a contingency assignment. We give you the best of both at a lower cost. We give you the same commitment and expertise of a retainer firm with the guaranteed, no risk, results of the contingency recruiter.

The amount of the fee will be set at the beginning of the search and will not fluctuate. You can feel comfortable during negotiations with the candidate knowing that we are your consultant and will gain no benefit from a higher offer. We have eliminated any potential for a conflict of interest.
